Type 1: Extremely talented and proven leaders
My acknowledgment: Lets promote them, because they deserve itType 2: Extremely talented but yet to prove as leaders My acknowledgment: Make them space to prove, in next cycle they will be there
Type 3: On target with good attitude My acknowledgment: Enable him/her to new level , specifying where the person needs to evolve , be it competence , soft skills etc
Type 4: On target lacking attitude My acknowledgment: SPEND your LUNCH only with them , because we will learn a lot from them. Learn from them and educate them to UNLEARN also. Steer them to global goals.
Type 5: So called below performers (stamped by our Indian system) My acknowledgment: Never loose sight of them , BE THEIR BEST BUDDY, coach them , mentor them (make peer programming) , evaluate , correct and proceed to empower them !!!!
Type 6: Always self motivated and workaholic, never thinks about promotion etc . All the same value addition to team and institution My acknowledgment: COOL we need you folks only!!! SO in a nutshell , its we, as leaders help shape the lives of people who report to us. First in case a leader should put anyone on performance improvement plan (PIP).
